Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only. Because of fast turnover, all returns must be back to our headquarters within 30 days of the date received.
  • We will provide store credit via gift card to your email, as soon as we get your return.
  • To start a return, complete the contact form above with your order number and what items you will be returning. We will then email you the address to our headquarters where you can mail your return to.
  • Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 fee will incur. All sale items and all coupon codes 30% off and higher are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. Returns will not be processed for online or store credit.
  • Merchandise must be in NEW condition. This means, unworn, unwashed, odor free and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. in order to receive exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, we will return the item to you and you are required to pay shipping.
  • Cowboy Collective is NOT responsible for lost OR stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can assist you. 
  • Cowboy Collective is NOT responsible for Return to Sender packages - you WILL be sent a reship invoice to resend your package back out. You will not be able to just receive a refund.
